Diagnostics hooks for task contract violations.

Debug builds print a loud diagnostic by default; release builds stay silent. Tests and tools may install a custom handler (for example to count or to hard-assert). The handler can be called from any thread.

Methods

static Handler setHandler(Handler handler)

Installs a handler and returns the previous one. nullptr restores the default.
